Unexplained Credits and Adjustments
Throughout the billing history, multiple credits and adjustments appear with no accompanying explanation. These range from small ($50) to massive ($5,965.87) — and are applied across different billing “realities,” further obscuring the true account balance.
While credits might seem like good news, unexplained adjustments in either direction indicate a billing system that cannot reliably track what a customer owes. If Con Edison cannot explain why credits are applied, how can they explain why charges are applied?
